「Perfect place to stay if visiting old St Charles. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great location for walking to shopping and nightlife activities. Yet the room was very quiet as to not being disturbed by music and crowds in the late hours. The room was outfitted as described. 」

「Host was extremely friendly, helpful and prompt in answering any questions we had. House was excellent for our family gathering with lots of room. Upstairs was a perfect open concept for the adults to gather inside or on the upper deck. The downstairs and backyard was ideal for the cousins to play, keeping the children's laughter from interrupting adult conversations. Having a bbq pit available was a plus. The beds were multiple,comfortable, and the combinations of kings, queens and twins...

「The property was beautiful. The stay was amazing. It was centrally located to everything in St.Charles. It was especially close to the event space that I used. Great for a short getaway to unwind」

「This VRBO was perfectly located and very clean. We were not bothered by any noose from the gym downstairs. The only negative I can think of is the combined rooms upstairs. There is a large open doorway between the two rooms that at least a curtain or shutters of some sort wouldhave helped to add a little more privacy. Otherwise, both rooms had their own adjacent bathroom so you really didn’t need to pass through the other room aside from entering. We would stay there again.」

「Had a wonderful stay. It was a Monday night so parking was very easy and the room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place 100% 」

「Danny is a good communicator. I had quite a few questions prior to arrival that he answered quickly. The parking in front of our room wasn't ideal for two motorcycles due to the loose gravel and awkward transition from the street to the parking area, but we made it work. The room was bright and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchenette was a nice perk. If we decide to go down to Grafton again, I will definitely look into staying here.」

「Beautiful view of the river from the balcony. Enjoyed listening to the birdsong. The cottage was clean and was divided into different areas for sleeping, watching tv or looked no out the sliding glass door to the river. Appreciated the bread, muffins and brownies. 」

「We had a great time! This place is so adorable and the person who designed it did a fantastic job. The place has really cute details throughout. Location isn’t far from many food options and the equestrian center. Highly recommend! 」
