“Bed was a full not a queen. Room stank of marijuana. Bed was an extremely worn out box spring that collapsed towards the middle. There were two twin beds in the closets we used instead but there was no spare bedding or linens in the place. The only soap in the place was a hand soap. Nothing for showers. Only two towels. If you wanted to wash your hair or something you were out of luck. The only dresser or place to put things was broken with a sign saying not to touch it. We almost left……

“I canceled my booking with in 1 hour of making the booking. it was not the location I wanted. it showed refundable but when I tried to get my money back I spent days and hours on the phone with Expedia and the host. the charge was definitely from the host but they refused to admit they charged me. I waited for 7 business days and then Expedia gave me the go ahead to dispute the charge. I will never book with them again and their customer service is terrible.”

“Overall this was an excellent location to stay at. Very reasonably priced for a larger accommodation. Easily slept our family of 5. We were very comfortable, the ac worked great on both floors and beds were comfortable as well. The only suggestion I would make is to install shelves in the closet spaces and maybe a small shelving unit in bathroom. There was no where to unpack anything unless we were hanging clothes up. So thank you for providing hangers- that was helpful. The parking situation……

“The property was very nice and clean. We had issues with checking in due to we had the property address but not a room number. When I called the phone number on the property information sheet the person that answered the phone said the this was no longer the number for the host. My daughter found information on the website with the room number on it. We talked to a couple of other people staying at the same location that had the same problem. Right address with no room number issued. They……

“Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim. First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you! Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland,……
