Joe is pet friendly which really makes this location ideal with the fenced in back yard. We HIGHLY recommend this location!!!”

“There are other tenants in 2 different units behind the this unit and they are not respectful. You can hear everything and the gates are very noisy. The unit itself is very well appointed and had most everything you need. It is centrally located in Panama city but not near any attractions. The neighborhood is quiet otherwise.”

“My first time to Mexico Beach. This is a wonderful place to stay. The condo is very nice, clean and has plenty of amenities. From the balcony are great views of the water and gorgeous sunsets. Just steps from the beach. Our host Scott responded quickly to any questions I had. Would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”
