This property is like a mother-in-law suite with a separate entrance on the far end of a larger house on a small lake. “Spacious and well-laid out unit. Easy check-in instructions provided by the owner. Great place for families. Open concept which works well when cooking in the kitchen. Nice location on the first floor, but we never heard any neighbor noise above us. Parking spaces right outside your door for easy loading and unloading. The gated pool is close (steps from back covered patio with chairs) and just beyond it is a beautiful view of Lake Marion. Although we traveled to the area for a funeral, this……

Santee is home to a fabulous State Park, there are shopping and antiquing options, plenty of decent restaurants, Charleston is an easy drive and EVERYONE of the locals is helpful and hospitable.
