「Fue una excelente experiencia , el lugar es muy limpio, tranquilo y la seguridad es algo muy importante para la administration del hotel. Las habitaciones son comodos y limpias el personal muy amable y atento, en mi opinion es un lugar muy recommendable para hospedarse y sentirse como en casa. La administration del hotel es un personal muy atento y estan muy pendientes de todo lo que nesecites, ofrecen muy buen servicio al cliente. 」

「Comfortable clean and modern boutique style hotel in the heart of Peñón. Our double room was very large with sofa area, and large bathroom with shower. Breakfast is complimentary at the restaurant downstairs. There is also a great coffee shop downstairs. Very helpful staff and hotel is pet friendly- our pup Martina had a great time as did we. All the restaurants bars and shops of El Peñón right outside.」

「Had a pleasant stay, most amenities were up and running post the recent earthquake! 🙏 Property was clean some minor conditional issues but not a deal breaker. Was happy to see World Central Kitchen on site helping in partnership with the hotel to help those in need after the earthquake that occurred almost a month ago. Two major highlights, the WiFi was great better an expected. The buffet breakfast was also above good 😊 The main restaurant Cooks was also above average with good food options....

Unfortunately, I left my phone in the taxi that dropped me off but Fonseco at the front desk was very helpful in trying to locate the driver. 「The hotel had just suffered an earthquake the hotel was damaged significantly, not their fault but I contacted Expedia prior to my arrival asking if everything was going to be ok as I was unable to get any information from the hotel itself despite several calls and my booking was non refundable. Expedia reached out to me to tell me that the hotel was functioning normally with no reported damages. 「Great for the price! Breakfast every morning was delicious, and they have a great menu. The room was not as advertised and turned out to be much smaller than I was expecting. It has a very “industrial” vibe, so be prepared for that. It is located in a great area! Walking distance to everything you could need or want. If you do not care about frills and amenities, and would rather spend your time and money in the city and not in the room, then this is the perfect place for you!」
