"Clean and great staff"

"Ft Young is always my go to when visiting the island. That being said if you are in the older part of the hotel, getting your luggage around is a challenge as the elevator does not get you to all areas, HOWEVER there is always friendly staff to lend a hand. I was disappointed not to get a room in the new, deluxe part of the hotel. Not sure how I go about getting one. Overall I am pleased with my stay. I would say that service has improved over the years. Helpful, friendly staff"

"This property was beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed. The location was top notch, near the charming town of Calabishie with a friendly convenience store very close-by, but with a great feeling of quiet and privacy. The property manager was exceptionally caring, attentive, and helpful. He went the extra mile and then some to help us with some unexpected needs we faced. We couldn't be more grateful for having found this wonderful place and will gladly return when we next find ourselves on the lovely island of Dominica."

"Susan was an amazing host. She was very welcoming and helpful. The home was awesome and very clean. The views from outback were outstanding. Location was within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and gas stations. I would definitely recommend and hope to return soon."
