“The location of Elaine's is perfect for exploring Dominica. We had a fantastic 11 day stay and managed to catch the sunset from the deck at Elaine's almost every night. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped, the place was clean with plenty of spare towels and beach towels, the AC worked very well (and was quiet!). The bed is on the firm/hard side but in good shape. Elaine and Kurt were quick at responding to small issues that arose and helpful as we tried to find our way around. Note……

“Louislyn apartments were wonderful. Robertine, the manager, is super sweet and helpful. There's a big hill to walk up to get there (or ride), but the view is worth it. Can easily get to Portsmouth from Picard on local transport. The apartment has everything you need.”
