“Parking was private and super easy. Room 6 was large, spacious and very nicely accommodating. Shower was larger than expected with excellent water pressure. Location is near a very busy intersection with views of the water, the swing bridge, and lots of action but so worth it to be part of it all for downtown’s hustle and bustle of small town Beaufort, SC. Almost walking distance to everything. A great place to stay.”

“We arrived late evening and the overnight receptionist was wonderful. Very professional, and prompt to assist with our accommodation needs… extra towels and sheets for sofa bed. We woke, expecting to miss breakfast but was pleased to see it was still available for the most part at 10 am with many guests still indulging. Rooms appeared to be recently renovated and in clean condition. First sofa bed mattress that ever looking brand new and no stains for our child to utilize. ”

“With check in, the lady wasn't friendly at all. The room shower def needed to be cleaned better, but overall the room was clean. The stay was good. Bed comfortable. The rooms are not sound proof as you can hear all the walking and moving around outside your room and above. Otherwise, it was a good stay. The check out guy was friendly, so that was good too. ”

“It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned. The sheets smelled, the towels were ratty, the toilet was dirty and one of the drinking glasses was covered in greasy fingerprints. It was disgusting. The only good thing was the staff was pleasant.”

“My husband and I loved the location of this hotel. It is just a few steps from excellent restaurants, shops, and coffee shops. To call it a hotel seems wrong because while it appears to be a remodeled hotel with outside doors opening to the parking lot, it is precious and it is very well done with special touches that create a true boutique stay. There is plenty of outdoor seating, the rooms are just the right size for 2 adults, everything was clean, and the staff are so helpful and kind. It is……

“The breakfast was pretty good. The man running the breakfast area was on point and pleasant. Couple of issues I had; our room was not exactly clean. There were smudges, dirt and old toothpicks in corners, the bedding had torn corners and worn, the beds were far too tall and I don’t understand how any elderly person would’ve been able to stay there, the bed frames under the bed were collapsing slightly, pull out bed mattress NEEDS to be replaced, a little bit of black mold on the window frames……
