「Staff were exemplary, very warm and made us feel at home immediately. The room was very clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay at The Russell Hotel again. Only negative was the lighting in the room, which was not bright enough to read by, only a very small negative.」

「Debra and Drew were very welcoming hosts. We used The Barn as a lauch pad to visit Chartwell and Knole. Perfect choice. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. We were spoilt for choice regarding local eateries. We chose The White Hart for dinner and it was top knotch. 」

「Location is fine if you would like to visit Tonbridge School. Very convenient, less than 10 minutes walk from Tonbridge station. But the bed is too soft. 」

「This quaint, Grade 2 Listed building housing the bar and reception desk has excellent, family staff. The guest rooms are modern in design, clean & spacious. My son and I enjoyed looking around the village and ate at one of the various resturaunt's located nearby. Nice and quiet overnight, We left this morning to drop off my son at Gatwick Airport (30 minutes drive) avoiding the risk of him missing his flight. (We would have had to use the M25 if we drove from our home)」
