"We noticed the service and cleanliness of the room had declined substantially from last year. Its a shame as we enjoyed ourselves so much last year. We didn't have towels or soap in our room, items were not restocked when the room was cleaned, shower did not drain and was not fixed (we had to unclog it ourselves), and our room was full of small flies for the duration of the stay. The food remained the same and was good for an all inclusive. Pool area and public restrooms were clean."

"The hotel was clean, staff was great, and the hotel is in a perfect location. The beach is beautiful, the pools are well kept & are lovely, and we love the area. My teens also loved the turtles they have in a pond too! However, the rooms are out dated and we found the beds uncomfortable and the showers got water all over the floor. Overall, a great stay!"

"Our room was very close to the lobby. We could hear the noise from the lobby as though it was right outside our door. They played music from 7:30 a.m. right through until about 11:00p.m. This was quite annoying at times and made it difficult to sleep during these times. They really need to fix this issue by installing sound reducing doors."

"Everything was great about my stay at this condo. The condo is well stocked and very clean. Communication with the owner and property manager was easy. There are many restaurant options within walking distance and the Casa Ley grocery store is 2 blocks away. It was easy to get a cab/ Uber to and from the condo when I wanted to explore other parts of Puerto Vallarta. I would book this condo again without hesitation."
