“This is the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in. It feels like it's just been remodeled. Very clean, stylish, perfect. We each had our own bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. So convenient. The upstairs living room and rooftop patio were fantastic. I wish the weather had been better so we could sit outside. It's situated on a street with a lot of restaurants but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Great apartment. Looking forward to coming back!”

“Cute studio apartment big enough for two people and maybe a child. Just be sure that you could comfortable with spiral stairs. Great location in a trendy neighborhood.”

“My wife was in the Methodist hospital for a week so I needed an affordable place to stay. This rental unit was perfect. It smelled and appeared very clean and had all the amenities that anyone would need. There were plenty of towels. The unit was very quiet and I never heard any neighboring occupants. The neighborhood was whisper quiet and I felt safe. There were several very nice pubs and restaurants within a short walking distance. This rental is an excellent value and hope it is……

“Great place to stay with friends for a con. Cleanly, accommodating, and easy to get to and from the city. Would gladly stay again!”

“It was a total disaster getting in to the place especially after an 8 hour drive. The road was closed and under construction. Trying to find parking and the location of the building was a complete headache due to the road closure. With that being said The host was very helpful in helping us find the location and very responsive. Once we found parking we were able to enjoy our stay. The place is very cute, clean, and well stocked.”

“The stay was very good. Everything was well-equipped, responsive owner, and accurate instructions for everything. Would happily stay again. Tons of shops, landmarks, and restaurants are all within walking distance. I would only say 1 ick was when we tried to use the washer & dryer one of them was not working properly at the time and there was no detergent provided to wash the clothes but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you!”

“Our stay at the Kestrel Hotel in Philly was great! The room was super clean and cute! The owners responded to my questions very quickly and made any instructions on access tot he room very easy to understand. It was also nice to have a luggage drop off room to store our bags before we could get into our room. Definitely going to stay here again!!! ”

“We came to Philly for a volleyball tournament. This was the 2nd time renting here. It is walking distance to the venue. The Terminal market (I love) is with in walking distance. Tons of restaurants. A Trader Joe’s. Anything you need. We parked our car in the convenient parking lot and never moved it all weekend. Walking distance to history exhibits. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area for something at the convention center. Cons. 3 flights of stairs to walk up. Not well……

“The property was better than expected. The owner allowed us to check in early. Parking is an issue but you’re downtown. We parked a few streets over. Super safe and adorable neighborhood. Uber anywhere is pretty quick and easy. If ever we come back to Philadelphia, I would definitely be booking this property again.”

“A super nicely decorated, and super clean and cozy property. I had some problems with the electronic locks, completely my fault, and well covered in the instructions. The gracious hosts were fantastic and talked me through getting it straightened out. Be advised that if you are on the upper floors there are stairs to go up and down. Very new interior very nicely done.”

“The location was perfect, nice location and easy access to sights, stores, etc. I had trouble at first finding the entrance, but the owner was responsive, courteous, and helpful, which I really appreciated!”

“The building itself was recently renovated inside with new decor and modern furnishings. There is a brewery with good food right downstairs in the same building and they have a beer garden/gated patio area. The rooftop terrace is only accessible until until 5pm, we were the only ones on the rooftop on a Friday around 4:30pm. We didn’t see a single person using any of the common spaces on our floor 3 or the main lobby floor and it seems the building is largely empty of permanent tenants. There is……
