“The check-in counter was inside a small window with glass (so a glass-room !!). There are not enough facilitated inside the room and I ask for an hot-pot (boiled hot water) but the lady refused. She gave me the wrong room with single bed which is other's name, but changed after we (2 persons) told her. ”

“Rented the room at this Hotel for a 3-day hockey tournament, which was a 15-minute drive away. It was perfect! Not classy, or exotic. It offered a bed, refrigerator and microwave and two double beds. Floor was clean, We used our own blankets for beds. Air conditioner worked as well as the heat. There was hot water for showers. Very little outdoor noise and less than I would have spent driving back and forth home-- some 20 miles- for each of the five games over 3 days. And although no one came to……

“NO hangers, dresser, coffee maker (had to go buy one as there is not even a guest area with one), and only one end table on side of the bed. Had 2 small towels and 1 hand towel. Had to use a towel as a floor mat by shower. Asked for a washcloth and more towels. Got 2 more towels but was told they don't have washcloths. A lamp was the bath light which left us with little light and only 1 plug in bathroom. The tub was seperate but had a distinct dirty ring in it, so we didn't use it. The walls……

“Trash from previous occupant left in room; toilet seat not attached; only 3 electrical outlets in room; no ice machine; bedside table had outlets but there was no outlet to plug it into; no chairs of any kind; took trash to office to get another bag and they wanted me to take the trash to the dumpster - RIGHT!; only 2 overhead lights in room (1 in bathroom and 1 in bedroom) - no lamps; no hand soap; no tissues; shower barely sprayed out the water; no housekeeping - had to go to office to get……
