「Overall, very good. Convenient location especially to St Pancras to take Eurostar」

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations: The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage. 「Lovley」

「Lovely bedroom with enough space for our suitcases and lots of hot drinks available to warm up us . There was only one sharing bathroom with one toilets only inside which was an issue because there are about seven bedrooms. I wish that there was another toilets for emergency needs:). The owner may consider to add it or allow to use his own toilets.」

「This apartment was not an at but a very small room without any relationship to the advertised photos!」

「Simply put, this hotel is excellent. Clean, cozy, fresh, friendly, LOVE the blackout curtains- could've slept for days, loads of sockets, great location for the market and transport. I've paid three times the price to stay at other hotels in London, and none of them felt as welcoming, or personal or well maintained. Thanks for a lovely couple of days!」

「Everything was fine except the lift broke down at night and not able to use when checking out in the morning. Fortunately that we are staying at the low floors.」

「Great location for the train station.」

「Excellent 」

「It is great as usual. Best choice in London」

「noisy rooms... can still vividly hear people's laughter at middle of night. the drainage of water in bath tub is bad... big fly in the room... ineffective and nonfunctioning air conditioner in room... very cold room.. finally I asked for a change of another room. 」

「The staff were very friendly, the location was great, and the place was generally clean. However, all the bath towels had a strange odor, which made the overall experience just average.」

「The location is convenient but a bit noisy at night!! The room is small but overall acceptable. However, the towel provided is so dirty with hair from previous user?」
