The property faces a main street and is a short drive to the Town square. The cottage has a few steps leading to the front porch and front door. It has a comfortable sofa/futon that converts to a full size bed in the living room. It offers a newly remodeled bathroom with tub/shower. We have a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Off the back of the house sits a large unfenced backyard with a fire pit.

Great, comfy place with optimal location!
Perfect mix of antique home with modern amenities. Minutes from the town square and the eateries. Everything was spotless and smelled great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a family reunion. Will definitely make this our home base when visiting family in the area. Thanks for having us!!!

Their communication was outstanding, responding promptly to any questions I had, irrespective of the time. They offered local recommendations, helpful tips, and were always just a message away, fostering a sense of care that truly sets this accommodation apart. This cozy cottage not only provided an idyllic retreat but also a warmth and personality that made my stay all the more special. I would highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable, and enjoyable stay, be it for work, training, or simply a break. Our Huntingdon get away
It was a very enjoyable stay. The house was very nice loved the original look and feel of the house. Everything was close by it was close to our friends house and all the other activities we had planned. Thanks to Cassandra for making it available we really appreciate it. Thanks again.

Perfect cottage home in Huntingdon, TN
Perfect cottage home for our stay in Huntingdon, TN. The location was close to town. Loved the updated bathroom and the period furnishings. The home was just what we needed since we were traveling with my father. We enjoyed spending our evenings together playing cards around the dining room table. Still didn't get to enjoy the rope swing. But, that just gives us another reason to stay here again!

Good little house
The property had a perfect location to town. It was clean and comfortable. I lived that husband never could get the TV apps to even show up. The kids lived the swing. The beds sleeps well and the air conditioning was perfect . If they was some improvement it would be have someone spray for outdoor bugs and sweep down the cobwebs. We cook breakfast all 3 mornings as we have 4 kids and it is just easier in this small town, so a couple of skillets that stick would be great. But overall definitely a 9 out 10.
