「Everything was so clean and well maintained. Felt fresh and new. Shower was huge with great water pressure. Beds super comfy. Staying here when I am in Boise next time for sure! 」

「This property is OK, but there is absolutely no amenities included. Everything is extra. The rooms are like dorm rooms, although the bed was comfortable.」

「The Hampton Inn and Suites Boise-Downtown hotel was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. The staff that we interacted with were all extremely nice, pleasant, and helpful. The hotel checked on us via text message throughout our stay which was a nice touch. The breakfast was great and just enough variety for such a hotel. The rooms were clean, very spacious, beyond accommodating and quiet during sleeping hours. The location is perfect. This hotel was my 3rd option on my list of choices, missed out on...

「Top notch, friendly staff and the hotel is in a perfect location. Really enjoyed the roof top lounge area and adjoining pool. The breakfast was pretty standard. Comfy beds but the bedding/blankets were very light and flimsy and kept coming off the bed.I would definitely stay again. 」

「This has to be one of the nastiest places I've ever stayed in my life. Part of the floor is just perpetually wet, large chunks of the wall are just coming off, or are already fallen off/apart, the fridge and microwave are down right deplorable, The bedding smelt bad (I ended up getting my own sheets and blanket to use) the air out of the air conditioner smelt bad like everything else, the floor was dirty so I ended up washing it myself, the sink sprayed water everywhere, the TV had duct tape...

「No pets , never saw another person who worked there after initial check in , as soon as I entered to check in , the Oder , was noticeable, not nice , the rooms , windows dirty streaks up and down , some rooms cracked glass , clear tape on the cracks on multiple different room windows, bed was lumpy , no room service , just for the bathroom, not pleasant was my stay with a good friend of mine , went there to go fishing , never again would we stay there , or recommend it . But I guess you get this...

「STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL. I MESSAGED EARLY IN DAY SAYING I WOULD ARRIVE AROUND 1AM TO CHECK IN AS I WAS DRIVING ALL DAY AND PURCHASED MY ROOM TO COME PASS OUT IN. WHEN I ARRIVED IT WAS 26 DEGREES OUT FREEZING AND I KEPT RINGING THE DOORBELL AND KNOCKING ON THE WINDOW AS WELL AS CALLING FOR 20 MIN. NO ONE CAME. DEMANDED REFUND FROM EXPEDIA BECAUSE EVEN THEY COULDNT REACH OFFICE. STEER CLEAR FROM HERE! 」
