“First, the check in process at the gate was very smooth and the gate personnel are very friendly. Our unit overall was nice though outdated. There were used kleenex in the floor in the upstairs bedroom, but aside from that everything else seemed clean. We called customer service our first day there because there wasn't any bedding for the pull out sofa and the WiFi didn't work (the WiFi network didn't even exist).
