“Very wonderful hotel”

“Breakfast excellent. Gym shabby. Nice lobby but shabby narrow corridor. Comparable to 3star hotels in the states.”

“The air condition is very poor in the hot summer, and is not improved for all the three days of stay.”

“Very spacious and remember to book a room with balcony overlooking the square. Close to the Main Street and within walking distance to the metro or north train station where there is free shuttle taking you to the long distance train station. I stayed here for the Valencia marathon event and needed to book well in advance. Breakfast also has good enough of choices. Will definitely choose to stay here again if I have a chance to visit Valencia again. ”

“Hotel ist sauber, Personal freundlich. Gute Busanbindung. Wir hatten kein Frühstück, deshalb können wir das nicht bewerten. Hotel hat ein angeschlossenes Café, welches guten Kaffee und Frühstücksgebäck hat”

“如不介意一定要住在旅遊區附近可以考慮。離地鐵要行10分鐘路程，要識路。房間大小適中，床很大，很整潔。早餐尚都算適中，有煎蛋，芝士火腿例牌都有。但重點是賣點游泳池關閉。出去旅遊景點坐地鐵要轉線。需半個小時以上，或坐巴士例如62號可以到水族館。壹元伍角歐元。如喜歡民居的體驗是不錯。”

“First experience with a Vinci Hotel, and was completely delighted. Staff well acquainted with the needs of their guests and never failed to find a solution to any issue from transportation to room air conditioning! Also, there is a gem of a in-house restaurant that’s not just for breakfast…… A must experience while in Valencia! ”

“Pretty small hotel, with a very big signage on a main road. But it's so small that they don't have a proper reception, all check in and out and anything are done in the restaurant area. I don't think my stay is at the high season, but the hotel rate is far too overpriced. Service is not much since there's very few staff in the hotel, but they manned everything, front desk and a restaurant. It showed the lack of service in the breakfast time. The photos showed the two "over easy" fried egges……

“附近是藝術科學城，但去其他地方就比較麻煩，因附近沒有metro, 只可以坐巴士，服務人員態度良好，幫我們print文件很用心幫忙，酒店整潔乾淨，基本附合酒店的形象，但早餐比較起其他holiday inn express就遜色一點”

“隔音不太好，隔壁房的動作聽得很清楚，房門不太好關，需要很大力才能關上，所以很吵”

“Great place to stay, on the side of old town. Staff were so friendly and gave us great recommendations to eat. Definitely stay here again if we come to Valencia.”

“Located inside the old town It's not easy to find the hostel Remember to check in at the main Hostel , they have a few similar name hostel inside the old town . Room is clean overall , but the toilet is a bit smelly, can't breathe when I'm in wash room .”

“Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby. A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.”

“First, impolite front desk staff refuse to answer and rude. I held a T-10 transport ticket to show her and ask " Can I use this ticket for the bus?" . She replied me "We are not selling this, we are not ParkNShop". Ok fine. She doesn't even understand my question so i just repeat my question. You know what? She just head down and pretend not hearing my girlfriend and me. Seriously? Do you know what service and polite are. She never speaks to us afterwards ,not even tell us to wait a minute.……

“Check-in nur zwischen 15 und 20 Uhr möglich. Es gibt zwar kleine Schließfächer, aber mehr als ein schmaler Trolley passt da nicht rein. Zimmer sind spartanisch eingerichtet, Pluspunkt ist ein eigener, kleiner Kühlschrank. Das Bett war absolut durchgelegen - deshalb war der Schlaf eher suboptimal. Gute Verbindung zur Metro Patraix (ca. 450m). Alles in allem ein faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.”
