「Camera molto bella e pulita」

「We booked a three night stay. On day 1 my wife had a terrible fall in Lucca requiring ten stitches and she lost both of her front teeth. We stayed overnight in the emergency room with no sleep arriving back at the B and B at 8am. I asked to be upgraded to a more comfortable room we paid a large upgrade fee. We asked if we could sleep until noon before we changed rooms. We were told no problem. We set the alarm at 11:45 and vacated the small room at noon moved into the upgraded room and slept...

「This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Lucca, 10 minutes from the station, although a little climb to get through the city walls. The continental breakfast was welcome, although a little strange that you had to approach the staff for a coffee or hot water rather than the other way round.」
