Excellent location

Fantastic hotel, and exceptional location. Swimming pool outside was great, spa even better. Hotel is super dog friendly and that s a big plus. Only minus is that nobody seems to speak English, making sometimes the request we had even at restaurant very challenging

Como siempre, un 10/10. Tanto la ubicacion como las instalaciones y el servicio de todo el personal. Nos encanta pasar un par de dias fuera de la ciudad. El restaurante “Mitic” tambien es increible.

Not a trial at all!

We stayed for 4 nights over the Easter weekend, watching the motorcycle trial in Sant Joan de les Abadesses and sight seeing in the process. I had been here once before for an afternoon and was very impressed and vowed to return. We had a room with tremendous views and the facilities were pristine. The food at breakfast time was second to none, a variety of continental and cooked breakfast choices. The staff were super helpful and made our stay memorable, a special mention to Ingrid who answered any questions that we had. The hotel restaurant, Restaurant Mitic, is a lovely experience and the pizzeria which is on site is super. A highlight was visiting the town of Mollol on Easter Sunday and going into the beautiful church of Santa Cecelia, Patron Saint of music. I played golf at the club in Camprodon on the Friday morning and the staff were very welcoming and I was able to hire equipment, it was a very pleasant way to explore a most picturesque part of the world. The views, the rooms, the staff, the company of our friends and of course the motorbike event which were the reason for our visit all combined to make this a trip we will always remember. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. A stay here is not a trial at all, it’s a joy.

Un espacio idilico

En un entorno idilico, el hotel está decorado con muchísimo gusto, servicio excelente. Hemos estado en invierno que tiene el encanto de su chimenea y leña por todos los rincones. perfecto para una estancia en pareja o con amigos. Dispone de cuatro pistas de padel, en perfecto estado y cambo de bolei. Gratamente sorprendida.

Tienen que mejorar la seguridad COVID.

El hotel es una pasada. La habitación muy bonita. El entrono muy bonito. La comida del restaurante fenomenal. El fallo enorme es la falta de adaptación al COVID tanto en la piscina como en el restaurante imagino que nadie lo tenía porqué sino, lo hubieramos cogido seguro. En la piscina, no se cambian los "colchones" de las tumbonas. Entiendo es complicado gestionar este tema pero puede ser preferible que no las pongan.... si no pones una toalla, tu cara toca una posible colchoneta infectada. En el restaurante ves trabajar a todos los cocineros sin mascarilla y probando la comida como antes del COVID. Seguro que esto pasa en la mayoría de las cocinas pero si no lo ves... En definitiva, nos gustó mucho y asumimos la posibilidad de coger el COVID porqué sino, no hubiesemos disfrutado de nuestra estancia.

Déçue. On nous donné une chambre avec douche alors qu'à la réservation, on m'a proposé chambre avec baignoire, en rdc, donnant sur le passage des clients et employés. Wifi mais pas d'internet !!! tv avec uniquement des chaînes espagnoles. Petit déj très cher qu'on n'a d'ailleurs pas pu prendre à cause d'une incompréhension avec les employés des horaires

Es un lugar para desconectar cómodamente con instalaciones de primera, buena comida a muy buen precio y descansar con las increíbles vistas y reconectar con la naturaleza. Te quedan muchas ganas de volver!! Lo recomiendo ampliamente !

Espectacular!

Recomendable 100%. El trato es espectacular y el hotel esta muy muy bien! Para volver al menos nosotros repetiremos. Unica pega que le pondria es que nos quedamos a cenar y podrian repartir un poco mas las mesas y no dejarnos a todos juntitos ya que habia espacio suficiente.

Great views but ...

Beautiful views and good rooms. However the whole stay was somewhat spoilt by a lack of staff at check-in and poor service in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant also needs to be looked at carefully - some poor value dishes which are certainly not Michelin standard. Charging 20 Euros per hour to use the spa also not a great winner.
