「The resort is generally nice, however, when we checked in after a long day of tour, the sofa bed was not made when we specified when we booked we have 4 guests. 「Amazing scene. But Hotel staff are not friendly. STAFF in the front desk and concierge are indifferent, erogate. We asked for details of the sunrise tour, the first thing she told us was the cacelation policy instead of what we expected to enjoy!! Coffee machine and even kettle are not working. no change arranged even requested. With the exceptionally expensive room rate, not money worthwhile. 」

「The room was spacious, but it faced the main road, so it could be a little noisy if you slept with the windows open.
