"I had problems with my thermostat,they fixed it quite promptly. Clean room,could have been quieter,some rowdy loud mouthed guests across from me."

"The gym has basic equipment, good for the purpose. Rooms were very clean with good amenities. You can virtually cook in your room if you choose to. The front desk guys were super friendly. I had a problem with the TV and they quickly changed the room for me. Breakfast was equally good. My only challenge is there's no telephones in the rooms so I had to always get down to the front desk for assistance and also that there's no onsite parking, even though there are paid parking lots around On the whole I will rate this facility 9/10. You will not regret staying there"

"What a fabulous hotel. Well located, teeming in character, outstanding room service, and overall highly attentive staff in all areas (lounge, registration, door attendants, etc.). Would stay again in a heartbeat. "

"Easiest check-in I’ve ever had, really friendly staff too! Chic design throughout, especially the cocktail bar, with a lot of attention to detail. Unfortunately the games room and gym were disappointing. Small to the point of misleading, under construction and shared with a condo. But that was a pretty minor issue. Overall a great experience and I’ll go back. "

"Great breakfast with real healthy ingredients. Reasonably priced for the quality. Even if more on the high end, it was family friendly and my kids really enjoyed having a « Shirley Temple » at the 16th floor lounge 😉 Great experience in general!"

"The hotel itself is fine. It’s clean, in good shape and has decent features. However, the area it is in is less than desirable. It is down the street from a homeless mission and across the street from a community center. Unfortunately, this area has become quite popular for drug use, and we personally witnessed people injecting drugs into their arms in front of the community centre on multiple occasions. Not the hotels fault, but it still effects how safe you feel walking anywhere around the hotel."
