“Das Apartment war besser als beschrieben. Ein superschöner 3 monatiger Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat sofort geholfen wenn mal irgendetwas war. Ich bin einigermaßen fit , so dass mir die Berge nichts ausgemacht haben, im Gegenteil sie haben mich fit gehalten.... Ich würde immer wieder genau dieses Apartment buchen.”

“Due to insufficient instructions regarding parking which is difficult to find in this area, we had a very difficult time finding the apartment and then no way of calling David. A restaurant owner two doors down did by chance have David's number and we finally connected.The apartment looked clean and well outfitted. The appliances are new and worked well and there were enough dishes. An extra smaller frying pan would have been nice as well as a lifter and spatula. An extra comfortable chair……

“We were really looking forward to our stay in San Eugenio Alto and booked for 28 nights.Communications with Nadine were without any problems. The apartment itself was, in the main, fine. We did have an issue with insects on the wooden worktops in the kitchen and the cupboards above. However, this was cleared up with regular use of disinfectant wipes. “Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß, liegt sehr Zentral 200m zum Hafen und Promenade und sehr fielen Bars und Lokalen mit super Ausblick auf den Hafen und Meer, und 100m zum Arrecife Strand. Hat alles gut funktioniert, Wohnung wirkt älter als auf den Fotos ist aber gut. Einziger Nachteil ist das die Parksituation schwierig ist im gesamten Gebiet wir haben aber immer einen Parkplatz gefunden und mussten nicht in das 50m entfernet Parkhaus.”

“Das Appartement ist wirklich schön. Auf der Terrasse lässt sich schon morgens schön Frühstücken. Die Sonne ist den ganzen Tag da. Die Umgebung ist einigermaßen ruhig und man hat viel Privatsphäre. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Matratzen leider etwas zu hart. Praktisch war die eigene Garage mit direktem Aufzug zum Appartement. Wir würden dort wieder Urlaub machen.
