Nice apartment, clean and well maintained
We stayed 2 nights in this apartment. It was very clean, recently updated, and well-equipped. It is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a building with 12 such units in a group of about 40 of these buildings. Most units are long-term housing for locals.
The owner was **very** responsive before and during our stay via WhatsApp. He provided all of the needed information in advance including directions (with pictures which was helpful since street signs are not always present in Mexico), keybox code, parking space #, WiFi password, etc.
Kitchen was quite well equipped with coffee maker, toaster, stove, fridge, pots, pans, silverware, and extensive utensils. A/C units were new and effective, and there were also a couple of fans which was nice.
This unit is located in a working class area of Puerto Morales, about 4 km from the main square, pier, and tourist hotels. The neighborhood could be a bit disconcerting to some people (again, it's not in a typically tourist-focused area) but the locals greeted us and we never felt unsafe. I can't speak to the "typical" noise level as we were there over New Year's Eve so there were fireworks, etc.
A couple of cons: hot water only in the shower (not at sinks); the double bed mattress could be better and made quite a bit of noise whenever occupants moved.
It had an attractive price point and we'd stay again.

Encore faut il qu il y est eu séjour personne à la réception j ai reçu un mail avec les codes d accès 2 jours après J ai appelé le numéro indiqué on tombé sur une boîte vocale a Porto Rico
A déconseiller totalement J ai contacte hotel.com qui a vérifie ça la chambre a été annulé et on m a promis le remboursement
Enfin cet chambre se trouve dans un quartier isolé neuf c est un peu glauque quand. Oui atyerisse et connaissez pas le coin

L'emplacement de l' hôtel se trouve au centre des activités, proche de deux centras d'achats, y plusieurs restaurants, endroit très propre et agréable pour des séjours en famille.
