Facing south, Magnificent 2 room apartment completely renovated, 6th and last floor.
Feet in the water, in front of the most beautiful beach in Cannes (10 meters), Plage du Midi.
Next to the Radisson Hotel (and not at Cannes La Bocca), 200 m from the old Suquet district and the old port of Cannes;
5 minutes walk from the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals and the pedestrian streets (rue Meynadier, rue d'Antibes etc ..).
The sea view is magnificent - 180 °, from Pointe Croisette and the Lérins Islands (sunrise in the East) to the Estérel Massif (sunset in the West).

Propriétaire agréable, disponible, appartement fidèle aux photos, très confortable, bien situé et avec un vue dont on ne se lasse pas. 15jours de bonheur à ouvrir les volets sur la mer, à cuisiner devant cette magnifique vue, à dormir au frais grâce à la Clim, et à profiter de Cannes et de la plage juste en bas de l’immeuble. BONHEUR. Meilleure location qu’on ait faite à Cannes, on ré-réservera. Merci Alain!

Traumhafte, saubere Wohnung mit Meerblick
Wir haben die wohnungstüre geöffnet und waren sofort verliebt. Der Blick auf das Meer ist einfach ein Traum. Fotos können dem nicht gerecht
werden. Die Lage ist optimal. 2 Minuten zum Starnd. 5 Minuten in die Stadt oder zum nächsten Supermarkt. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wundervoller grosser Balkon mit genügend Platz für die ganze Familie. DIE Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Alain war total unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

The property is in an excellent position, wonderful sea view, access to beach and outdoor gym and minutes walk from the lively heart of Cannes. It was spotless with all amenities required for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended and being located on 6th Floor of private block very safe.

Fantastische Aussicht in unmittelbarer Strandnähe
Das Apartment ist mega! Lage ist top, mit direkten Zugang zum öffentlichen Strand, allerdings muss man mit einem Aufzug von 6. OG in das Untergeschoss fahren. Dafür hat man von dem 6. OG fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer und den Strand.
Essen auf dem Balkon hat die ganze Familie genossen. Fenster und Türen waren super dicht, so dass wir nachts in Ruhe schlaffen konnten, trotz Strandpromenade und einer Straße direkt vor dem Haus. Die Klimaanlage hat vollkommen geräuschlos geholfen: bei über 30 Grad draußen hatten wir in der Wohnung immer angenehme Temperatur.
Die Parksituation in Cannes Innenstadt ist ziemlich angespannt. Am Haus besteht aber die Möglichkeit eine Garage zu mieten, so dass wir ohne Probleme jeder Zeit auch mit Auto die Gegend erkunden konnten, ohne nach einem Parkplatz danach suchen zu müssen.
Besonders lieben Dank an Alain - unseren Vermieter, der uns persönlich begrüßen kam und jede Frage schnell beantwortet hat.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wundervoller Urlaub
Ein tolles Apartment mit fantastischer Aussicht aufs Meer! Perfekte Lage! Es ist alles vorhanden von Waschmaschine bis Bügelbrett. Top modern ausgestattete Küche. Alles super sauber und ordentlich. Check in war gut vorbereitet und sehr entspannt. Ganz lieben Dank an unseren Vermieter Alain, der uns perfekt betreut hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
