“There is a lack of culturally diverse music options and designated spaces where residents can listen to music, socialize, and relax. Additionally, daily housekeeping services should be provided consistently, with rooms cleaned each day without requiring residents to submit individual requests.”

“We had a great stay at Valle Escondido. Our room was very clean and the view was great. We got to see a lot of wildlife right by the building we were in because the resort was less busy in the rainy season, and we got lucky with the weather. We really enjoyed our night hike on the trails on the property - only wish it were longer!
Overall, a great stay. Food was good although variety is a bit limited in the off season.”
