The housing development is very close to Atenas, even walking distance if you're really fit. The home is an open layout with spacious rooms, the outside grounds are well maintained, and the terrace/pool/hot tub are great too. The property managers, Sandra and Klaas, were extremely responsive with everything we asked. We could not ask for better hosts.」

「Excellent vacation property. The house is lovely and fully equipped. The pool is wonderful and I had many naps in the hammock. Birds, iguanas and other wildlife abounds the property. The house is located a short hop to town and very close to highway 27 taking you to Santa Ana eastbound or Jaco westward. 」

「This house is located far enough away to not be in the downtown city. The nights and mornings were quiet. Yet close enough to get to the volcano and the beach. (Note everything takes an hour or more to get to) The family enjoyed the stay. The house layout is excellent. The refrigerator, oven, stove are excellent. Important if you like to cook like we do. The gym was good. The only draw back, the pool was cold for some. I thought it was just fine but others thought it could be Heated. All in all,...

Everything easy and accessible in the kitchen, to allow for a lot of “at home” meal preparation. The bedrooms very comfortable, and wheelchair accessible (for my father).
