“Stayed with my wife and son. The pool areas are nice and clean, the rooms are clean,but in need of updating. The staff was nice, Grevin was a great bartender, and Javier was a great tour advisor. That’s about where the good things end. The food was very limited, and consistently ran out of items on the menu, not to mention that the menu was basically the same every day. “The entire property was a 10+. All the employees went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Taco, the bartender/waiter, was great, he offered great advice on the area and made a heck of a Pina Colada. He deserves a raise.”

“We loved staying here! We stayed in one of the mountain room cabins, and it was perfect. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained. The views at the mirador can’t be beat. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Rincon area.”
