“Loved everything until breakfast was served: limited to a banana, a slice of pineapple and 2 stale rolls. I'm a big breakfast person so this was incredibly disappointing. Everything else was beautiful. If we weren't expecting breakfast it would be an easy 5 stars.”

“Room and bathroom were clean. We had a late flight in the San Jose, so checked in at the hotel after midnight, when nobody was there at the front desk, but we received clear instructions for checkin by messages and also from the taxi driver who picked us up. So, it went smoothly.”

“1.Rooms were not well maintained. Wall had broken paint, looked dirty and smelly. 2. It doesn’t have Air conditioning, so it’s was very difficult to sleep. Fan provided wasn’t good enough as it was very warm inside. 3. Breakfast is terrible. In fact I wouldn’t call it a Breakfast (2 breads and a coffee) 4.Limited/No parking, you will have to park on road. Felt a bit unsafe as it’s adjacent to downtown San Jose I wouldn’t recommend as you can get better hotel Options at the same price. ”
