“1.Rooms were not well maintained. Wall had broken paint, looked dirty and smelly. 2. It doesn’t have Air conditioning, so it’s was very difficult to sleep. Fan provided wasn’t good enough as it was very warm inside. 3. Breakfast is terrible. In fact I wouldn’t call it a Breakfast (2 breads and a coffee) 4.Limited/No parking, you will have to park on road. Felt a bit unsafe as it’s adjacent to downtown San Jose I wouldn’t recommend as you can get better hotel Options at the same price. ”

“Man sollte sich die Zimmer zeigen lassen und die Matratzen prüfen. Die meisten sind sehr schlecht. Mussten 2 mal umziehen bis es besser war. Das Frühstück war sehr schlicht und könnte bei den Preisen echt besser sein. Personal allerdings sehr freundlich.”

“Check in was fine, dining area outside area was very tropical and nice. The wait staff was nice and attentive. The rooms were not up to par to me according to the pics at all. It was ok clean, fridge did not work, hot water was long to come on and hard to figure out for the shower. The AC took some time to get on and cool as well. I tried multiple times to contact the host and never once heard back from him. Finally after 4 or more times to try to contact him and no response, I had to call……

“Beautiful photos of the property online, but don't fool yourself with them. We find the rooms in horrible condition. Smelly wardrobes/cabinets, dirty old office chair with suspicious marks on it. Dirty stained bed sheets and pillow cases. Dirty curtains, awful looking "shower cabin" and all of those in a tiny tiny room. We hadn't even had enough space to open our luggages. We were asking for refund after one night sleeping in my jeans and t-shirt just to avoid to being touched by anything in the……
