“Our family of 4 spent 3 weeks here, and it was a great base for us while I worked and my spouse and kids relaxed and explored the area. The co-working space was very convenient for me, and we used the pool and soccer court almost every day. The view of the city and volcano in the distance was spectacular, as the condo is on the 12th floor. And the washer/dryer in the condo was a huge asset! The complex is gated and well maintained so we felt safe and cared for. It’s also walkable to a local……

“When we wrote our host to ask for check in instructions at 2:30 (for 4:00 check in that same day) we were informed we couldn’t be hosted due to repairs?? It would’ve been fantastic to have some advanced notice/communication about this so we weren’t surprised and left to find wifi/book a hotel close to the airport. Not quite the high point to end our trip on after a long drive. I couldn’t appropriately rate the location/cleanliness etc so to be fair I gave those 5 stars. She did refund our money……
