Overall room is clean and staff is welcoming, esp Alex who is very helpful. The only thing that disappointed us is the hair dryer which is inherently non-functional. It’s difficult to image why a 5 star hotel would offer such low grade appliance to their guests. I hope the management can look into this.

Enjoyed the stay very much, a quiet, bright and upscale hotel, we stayed in a 3 beds room on the 10th floor , room is just the right size. It's a rainy day and an umbrella is ready in the closet for you. Bathroom is Japanese style with bath tub and shower and comes with a bath salt. A shopping mall is right next store. It is about 20min drive to Shantang street, be prepared for traffic jam.
