"Timely staff, very nice with great recommendations. Off the trail by a while. Some tricky spots on the road in (large frost heaves.) Clean cottage, no a/c though which was suggested to be included in all rooms online. A great environment for families and fun. The kids loved it."

"Best hotel in Sydney by far! Well maintained CLEAN property. Room was exceptionally well laid out and full of creature comforts /amenities. And wonderfully clean. View of bay was great . Convenient location to downtown and beautiful bay boardwalk. Hotel staff were a joy to work with. Check in was smooth and enjoyable. Convenient parking (paid) next to hotel."

"The location was excellent with views of the lake that were beautiful. Rooms were small but well appointed and comfortable and clean. Breakfast room was large and sunny. The breakfast though was inadequate for the additional cost of 18 Canadian dollars per person. Parking was convenient."

"Large room, very neat, clean. Next to laundry room and close to ice machine. The best is their restaurant, Mariners Galley. The food is always good along with the service"
Baddeck Domes

"This place is a little slice of heaven without any hassle and with great prices! I was totally blown away with how clean, nice, modern and cozy these domes are. We will 100000% be back! Also, rain or shine they are a dream come true to sleep in, so romantic as well, view of the ocean. I was disappointed at first that we happened to be there on a rainy night but was wrong, the sound of the rain and just being in nature with it all was magical to say the very least, and I am sure with a story night it will be just as nice or maybe even nicer due to being able to see right through the center of the roof. The staff were also super friendly and helpful, the bathrooms were also super modern and nice. I just can't say enough good things about my stay there and just the whole place. Thank you, we will be back!"

"Staff were polite and friendly upon arrival. Property was well kept and room was clean. Had a pool which looked lovely and clean but due to time of year we didn't brave to get in. Had a lake view which was lovely. Breakfast was hot and filling."

"The room was clean. The water pipes were noisy going to sleep and being on the lower floor of bldg B we heard the folks upstairs walking around. Beach area was lovely and peaceful at the end of the days drive. Shirley in the pub was great."

"Breakfast was excellent.What a great selection.The staff were all super sweet and alsovery helpful.The only down side was not having a working elevatorWe are in our seventies now and dragging suit cases up and down stairs was hard."
