Oceanfront Heated Pool with putting green

From your private ocean-side balcony, you can sit back, relax and enjoy the many fascinating views of Cape Canaveral. The unit offers direct viewing of Port Canaveral’s waters. Watch luxurious cruise ships heading into dock at their home port or military submarines heading out to sea. Nothing else can compare to the sight of breathtaking space launches as you watch and feel them roaring from their launch pads. Awaken each morning to the sun rising over the majestic, blue seas. The master bedroom views the ocean and it’s natural wildlife. You have an assigned parking space as well as additional parking if you need it. There is a putter in the condo for your use. You can also get shuffleboard equipment near the pool area. The oversize heated pool, offers a break from the beach.

There were 4 adults staying in the unit and there was only 1 beach chair. One of the beds sunk to the frame and was not usable. There was a hole in the wall. And when I reached out to the host to ask about an extra beach chair she was rude and threatened to leave ME a bad review. We had family in other units so luckily we could borrow beach chairs. And this unit was very dated and dingy compared to the other 4 we saw. We also had to get ice from other units. No ice maker or ice tray. We would not have left a negative review, though, if not for the aggressive and rude reaction from the host, Janice at East Coast Living.

Nice condo

This wasn’t the most updated condo as far as style, but it was a great location with lots of amenities! Everything was clean and my kids loved the pool and shuffleboard and putting green. It was perfect for us to stay in the night before we left on a cruise - the cruise port was just a few miles away.

Beautiful location

The location right off the beach is breathtaking. Having a pool to hang out at night was key for us. The only thing is, we asked if there were beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. We were told where we could rent. Which we made reservations to rent beach equipment. However, there was equipment for the beach in the unit. Thankfully we could cancel our reservations. Besides that communication and our stay was wonderful.

Loved our stay at this condo. Just steps from the beach and on second floor, so stairs were very easy to use instead of waiting on elevators. Large washer and dryer. Plenty of things to do on town.

Very pleasant stay

Everything was good. The location is easy to find and very well located. All units have view on the pool and the Beach. Grocery and shops near by. It is quiet, the condo was clean and all the outside surroundings very well maintained. We will gladly come back!

Perfect for a family.

While it was only the two of us, the condo would be great for w couples or a family of 4 to 6. Literally steps to the beach, nice pool, good parking, and we saw 2 rocket launches from the beach! A few food options within walking distance and plenty within easy driving distance.
