Welcome to Villa Bermuda
Villa Bermuda is a gorgeous, breathtaking four-bedroom, two full bathroom luxury Villa with amazing amenities.
The home is situated in the highly desirable SW Cape Coral neighborhood in walking distance to Surfside Shops. Centrally located with a gulf access canal, great for fishing and in walking distance to restaurants and shopping, as well as great Parks for kids near Burnt Store and Pine Island Rd.
As soon as you open the door, you will be entering a large living room with breathtaking views. This home offers a lot of space, 3 queen size bedrooms and king queen bedroom with two full bathrooms as well as a designated office will give your family ample room and with the split floor plan enough privacy.
The home has great views of a magnificent southern facing canal exposure guaranteeing sun all day, but still being in the center of great conveniences. Welcome to Paradise.
This location offers a speedy drive to all essential locations in Cape Coral. It is about 5 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 50 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time of day.

Villa Bermuda can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this generous set up. For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted. From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious island there is sufficient space to make great family memories and not feel separated from your loved ones.
