The house is well stocked with essentials for every day living. We needed to rearrange some of the cups and glasses to make room for our groceries but there was ample room in the dining room hutch. The pool was well kept and clean and plenty warm however we found the lack of a decent shallow area a bit concerning.The waterfront patio was quite enjoyable with both rocking chairs and lounge chairs. The boat lift looks like it had not been used in years and the lack of a ladder from the patio to the water made it impossible to use the kayaks.The inside of the house was very comfortable however the lack of a bathroom door in the master suite was an issue privacy wise. The listing omitted some of the extras that are in the house such as beach towels, bikes, kayaks and beach equipment.All in all the house was very comfortable and we met the neighbors on both sides of our house and they were all very friendly.
