"This home is a New listing on VRBO". You and your guests will love this casual, comfortable but lovely and Sunny Home in Paradise! Exceptionally clean, quiet and very well appointed, this property has everything you and your family will need to enjoy the beautiful Southwest Florida area. With more than 20 golf courses in the area and Gulf fishing less than 15 miles away, this home is an excellent location for golf trips, fishing trips, shopping trips or just "get out of the cold and hang around by the pool" trips!

This home includes three bedrooms: Master bedroom has king bed, walk in closet and bathroom. The second bedroom also has direct access to lanai and pool. Third bedroom is bright and sunny. Guest bathroom has Tub and shower combo, a sink with plenty of room.

The large lanai is air conditioned or open the many sliders for open access to the pool. Extra frig and seating for your comfort.

Dining area next to kitchen seats six. Large kitchen island with quartzite counter seating seats four more people. The laundry room is just off the kitchen.

Two Bikes are available for use, if anyone is so inclined, to go for a ride through the quiet neighborhood. Beach chairs and cooler for your adventure to the beach. There are two sets of golf clubs if you want to get out and play.

It's amazing to find such solitude right next to such magnificent neighborhoods! This home is 30 minutes from Ft Myers and Sanibel Beaches and Captiva Island, and close to restaurants, entertainment and shops. You can enjoy beautiful beaches, the Sanibel light house and some of the best shelling in the world. Get there early and you'll find the shells that have become exposed from the previous tides, truly amazing finds. Bring some beach chairs and a cooler and you're set for a relaxing day at the beach! For nature lovers, Ding Darling National Wildlife Preserve is there for the exploring. On the "near side" of Sanibel, Ding Darling is an amazing display of waterfowl and biodiversity. Keep traveling north and you'll find more adventure awaiting on Captiva island and beyond!!!

The house was well stocked with everything that we needed for a great vacation. It was cold when we arrived so we couldn’t use the pool for several days but it warmed up and we enjoyed the pool for the rest of our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We was able to arrive and check in earlier then planned which was amazing because I drove straight through from Indiana and didn’t have to worry about finding something to do at 8-11am to kill time. Single mom with my 15 & 12 year old. The home was so clean and smelled amazing they had everything you could possibly need with a perfect pool. The neighborhood was so safe my daughter and I walked around every evening we was there and we saw so many other young and older women out walking alone that there spoke volumes especially in the world we live in today. Super close to everything the host made it so easy and i honestly can’t wait to book again with them in the coming years.

Comfortable, Relaxing & Well Maintained Property

We were more than pleased with this property! The home provided so much room for our family of five. Located in a quiet neighborhood, we had quick access to gas stations and grocery stores. The home layout is extremely functional, with multiple dining areas, kitchenware, TVs, and a pool. This home was perfect for our family getaway and quick access to visit our extended family in Fort Myers and the Cape Coral area. When we visit next summer, we'll be looking for this property!
