We loved the location. It's very close to some friends. The heated pool was nice until the heater stopped working. It didn't get repaired while we were there. The house is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped.

Zero complaints, great location with easy access in and out. Our kids loved the pool and pool table. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions and had great recommendations for restaurants and activities.

Unpleasant experience and unresponsive host

We love the area, but the house was not ready following hurricane Ian even though we emailed them a month in advance asking if it was. Fans not working, to dishwasher not having power, pool heater was broken, worked for a day and then broke again and walking into see boards with nails sticking up in lanai area by pool and we had small children. Our overall issue is that things happen, but this host did very little to fix things or respond in a timely manner. Sent email after stay with all documented issues and photos requesting partial refund and they never responded, also called twice with no response. Submitted VRBO complaint form as well in hopes others do not rent here.

The house was great. Extremely clean and comfortable. It was quiet and we loved the view. Pool was great, very clean and warm. Close to a beach, but we chose to drive to Estero for the beach. Highly recommend this house and rental company.
