Perfect vacation home.

The owners of this home have left nothing unthought of. The house is perfect vacation rental. We had a total of 6 guests in the home for a 7 day vacation and everything was perfect. I highly recommend renting this home you are looking for a quiet home away from home vacation. It is a short drive to both Sanibel Island and Fort Myers.

Family vacation

The house was great, clean, it was everything we hoped for, we had a issue with the wifi it took 2 days to figure it out because nobody call me back, the password was incorrect on out house book, other than that it was a 20 out of 10 stay and i want to come back already!

Our stay with Friends

We loved Villa Bay Vista house. The house was comfortable with lots of seating while watching sports. We did use the dining room one night. We’re all seniors that were on the trip. We made the bed situation work although, at our ages it’s nice to have our own bed !! We’ll definitely look to VRBO in the future as we have been going down to Florida for over 40 years. Thanks, Mike

"PERFECT STAY IN CAPE CORAL"

Very minor detail with the pool on arrival that was quickly straightened out. The home was perfect!!! Plenty of space, beds, tv's. Every amenity you could ask for. This home missed nothing at all. Great water view, perfection surrounding the pool. Great Mother's day dinner on the outside dining area. If you want perfection this is as close as you'll get. We have stayed in quite a few vrbo's and this one tops the list. We loved this home!!!! We will look to come back, HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Cape Coral stunner.....

No heated pool

I am very disappointed that the pool was not heated that’s one reason we took this property- kids were very upset- they left on Wednesday so we just had the three of us for most of the stay- would not stay there again
