Wonderful stay for our family!

The pool and hot tub were great and had a wonderful view of the canal. We used the pedal boat, outdoor TV, bikes, and all the baby/toddler items. We had 8 people ranged 1 year to 66 yrs and everyone loved it. Thank you!

Beautiful sunsets

Enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. Everything was as shown in the listing. The sunsets were amazing. Had a problem with the hot tub but Jason got it taken care of.

Cape Coral Vacation

We loved our stay in Cape Coral. The property was clean, well maintained and spacious. We especially appreciated the little touches such as bicycles, coolers, beach chairs, etc. Coming from Wisconsin by plane, the use of these special touches made it so much easier to enjoy our time without added rentals or searching for things to do.

The rental property that has everything you need for a great vacation.

This was our sixth year in Cape Coral and this house was by far the best rental we have ever experienced. House was very clean, stocked with everything from bicycles, fishing poles, kayaks and plenty of pool supplies. The pool and spa were used every day and the sunset and view was just amazing. Also, the house manager (Jason) took care of all our question and problems we had. My family had a great week, thank you.

We love this location and the house. We have stayed here several years. The owners have made some upgrades to the patio area furniture which were especially nice this year. The view is fantastic down the canal. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Fantastic Experience

This was our 2nd time at this wonderful property. Communication with the manager and owner alike is always quick and efficient. The view of the canal is amazing. Everything from the pool, hot tub, kayaks, grill, and dock are in great condition. The beaches are close and beginning to be fully open from the Hurricane a couple years back. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Multi Generational Vacation

Second time at the beautiful and well appointed home of Tom and Carol’s. Kids spent countless hours in the pool and fishing off the dock. Adults enjoyed cocktails and card games after the sun went down. The kitchen had everything you’d need for breakfast, lunch and dinners. Comfy beds, lots of space both inside and out. Already planning our dates for next year !

Both my wife and I were pleased with the property. Comfortable setting and enjoyed the pool area. The location of the property was nice and appeared to be clean and maintained. The only suggestion we have is to upgrade the living room furniture such as the sofas and recliner which appeared dated and not very comfortable. Otherwise we enjoyed our time and the owner was very friendly as was the on sight contact person Jason. Cape Coral is a very nice area and easy to navigate. Thank you to the property owners for the great service and overall a very nice vacation home rental.
