“Very hard bed. Sent us to the wrong room the first time. Staff seemed bothered that I insisted on getting what I paid for. Also didn’t receive the free bottle of wine I was supposed to get. I was hoping Radisson only sucked in the U.S. but I guess it’s universal.”

“location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.”

“Beautiful hotel and convenient location with a lovely staff. I felt like I was at home. The hotels in a safe location so Everything is accessible by foot. The waterfront is a 10-15 minute walk but beware you’ll get deterred on your walk because there’s so much to see on the way. There are various restaurant options up and down the street and one of the best ice cream shops in Cape Town just a 5 minute walk. I wished I could have stayed longer there. The room was more of a cozy apartment.……
