“Staff showed excellent training in customer service. Food was excellent including presentation. The bed was very comfortable as we slept way past our normal sleeping hours! The hotel is surrounded with shopping and has a variety of restaurants. Cost of everything is half of the prices in USA. We highly recommend staying at the Canopy Hilton in Longkloof!”

“Only stayed here for one night but it was lovely. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a drink and good conversation and then shown to our room. The house is beautiful and the on street parking was safe. We walked down the road for dinner and felt safe during the day doing so. Would recommend and stay here again. We did not eat there but the table set ups were beautiful for breakfast. ”

“Amazing, high tech rooms, lots of shared space for co-working, and the friendliest staff. Great for long term stays as they have kitchen, lots of closet space, etc. Only complaint is that they advertise laundry services but the dryer is broken and after 1 hour of drying, your clothes are still wet. This left me in a bit of a pinch as I had to dry them with the hair dryer before my flight that evening. A couple other visitors also said the same thing about the dryer and we were not filling it……

“We loved our one night stay at Caoe heritage Hotel! Not only for its convenient central location and quietness, but also for its decor and charm, and most importantly for the warm hearted service we received. It happened to be one of us’s birthday. “It was a good place overall”

“这是我住过这么多酒店里最好的精品酒店，没有之一，老板和员工都当我们是家人，真的很暖心很贴心。本来定了三个人的房间，网上付完钱，然后入住前一天我朋友说不来了，我又想多住一天，老板和他母亲二话不说，把我多付的第三个人钱放到多一天的房费里，让我省了不少我本来已经退完房了，回去拿行李等车时给我们喝下午茶，搬行李上车，很窝心告诉我们怎么走怎么去。真的是用心在经营。下次来南非开普敦，只会住着一家。唯一缺点是地点比较不好找，有uber就很方便了。”

The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it.
