“我在网上订的是一个房间两张床，他们竟然给的是一张床的房间，跟前台交涉他们竟然把责任推给网站，好说歹说搞了半天，才给我们换了一个房间，另外一个加钱给他们都不给换，要不是外面下着大雨，我们早就换另外一家了，进了房间地毯颜色看过去又脏又旧，床上的毯子都结成一粒粒的球，房间的空调又老又旧，声音又大。床垫的弹簧都往中间部位塌陷，建议你们出来旅游，不要花了钱还要受这闲气”

“We loved being on the St. Lawrence river with the nstural beauty. Our room was a river view. The only negative comment we have was thw windows were dirty. Which took away from view. Otherwise the experience was 10/10”

“It’s a nice place to stay and the friendly staff are always around since they also run the boat tours, so it’s easy to get help if you need it. We didn’t partake in the breakfast because we had other arrangements but the room was nice and clean. The only thing I would change is the bed. It’s a little on the hard side so I had to put towels down to soften it. A nice mattress topper would do the trick but otherwise we enjoy staying here!! ”
