「Be sure to check in at their sister hotel 1.5 miles away, there is no office at the motel. The rooms that face the river have a parking lot in need of repairs as well as the steps leading to the rooms. The coffee maker did not operate in our room. While the bed, linens and bathroom were clean and fresh, there were dead bugs on the old heater below the a/c unit.」

「Room was clean and staff was friendly. Our room has a broken hair dryer. Our room was in a separate building from the indoor pool which was weird and inconvenient. The beds are very small only double beds and the pillows were hard. There is no microwave but there is a mini fridge in room. Overall was a decent stay but I probably wont stay here again due to the price and the amenities offered.」

「The property was beautiful, very clean and we loved the welcoming surprise congratulating us on our wedding. From the heart shaped and scattered rose petals and the towel swans to the card, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. Perfect! Highly recommend!」

「Very close in proximity to Alexandria Bay. We could even walk. You will cross the street then the road is calm and a nice walk to downtown. About 1mile to downtown. The property owner is professionally attentive. He checked on us daily to ensure we were happy. The housekeepers came daily to refresh the room. They were professional and helpful.」

「One of the best places I’ve stayed. Family style and the deco fits riverside vibe perfectly. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They let us check in very early and lent us all kinds of stuff including utensils. The shared area was also very nice, with swing chairs and all. The neighborhood was quiet yet adjacent to the river and the pubs. Recommend this to anyone who wants a pleasant stay!」
