「NO WORKING WINDOWS
The photos of the apartments are all mixed up so its not possible to see the actual apartment you will be allocated. There was one window in the living room/kitchen that was painted shut. It was clear that the apartment had not been aired out for a long long time. It was incredibly stuffy and did not smell fresh. The apartment...

「The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up...
