They had coffee, tea and water available around the clock in the lobby which was a great convenience. The hotel is located in a wonderful part of town. The rooms are large and have lots of amenities. I would recommend the hotel to families. "

"Very friendly and courteous staff with excellently maintained rooms. Very comfortable bed and thorough daily cleaning. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms and hallways are beautiful. There are free refreshments and even free shots of tequila in the hallway in front of the elevator. There is an escalator from the lobby that goes directly to the mall in Arco de Bosques with a variety of upscale dining options. "

"Love Fiesta Americana Toreo....the hotel was spotless, room was perfect, swimming pool was warm and enjoyable. This hotel is attatched to a massive mall with great restaurants and a bakery in the mall at Selecto Chedraui, a supermarket on the lower floor. Had the best warm donuts every morning at 7am as well as an amazing tres leches cake for like $15 us. cant wait to come back next year"
