"Made the reservation. Upon arrival the hotel was full and could not stay on it. Staff did not help, they just told us it was a problem with the system and to leave. Had to find a differet hotel at 9 pm on an area which looks unsafe."

"My daughter and I stayed there for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel felt like a hidden cottage, tucked away from the busy tourists areas. The staff was incredibly friendly, giving the place a good old bed-and-breakfast feel. The food was amazing, too. I’d love to stay there again when I come back to Bogotá."
