“We stayed for 4 nights with another couple and our dog. We had the best time! The condo is clean and the location is incredible. Katie was so responsive and easy to communicate with! It was great having a bedroom and bathroom on each side of the condo for privacy, a table to play board games, fridge, etc. The building is very dog friendly. We had a wonderful time and wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the future.”

“Everything was clean and tidy, and the beds were really comfortable. We had the main bedroom, and the large closet and bathroom were great. We had family staying in the other bedroom, and they did say that the other bedrooms had no storage other than hang up space in the closet. I relayed this to the very responsive property manage, and they thanked me for the suggestion. I would definitely stay there again!”

“Perfect location. Took Metro from DCA airport to Eastern Market and a few block easy walk to the rental. No car is needed. Very clean, perfect for a couple. The owners live upstairs and were very helpful.”

“The space was perfect for my wife and I who made a last minute trip to DC for our Anniversary. The location was very clean and had everything we needed including a comfortable bed and living room, well appointed kitchen, and an amazing shower. The neighborhood was quiet and very cute. Easly walkable to great restaurants and bars, and about 1 mile from the Capitol, which made for a nice walk through the beautiful neighborhood. Communication was great and check-in was a breeze. We hope to be back!”

“A colleague and I stayed for a work trip. The apartment was great - very clean, plenty of privacy for two, as the bedrooms and bathrooms are spread apart. Very clean! Lots of towels and some toiletries provided. There was even coffee in our apartment. Not sure if that is provided each time or we lucked out from previous renter. If you arrive after hours, there’s no one at the front desk so be sure to get check-in instructions before you arrive to the building. Nice little balcony and great……

“The apartment was a little smaller than expected but it was big enough for my husband and I. I had a bit of a hard time getting the heater going because I am not familiar with split AC (the temp was 40⁰) so I messaged the owner and I got an immediate response with a instructional video. After the apartment warmed up, it was so cozy I didn't want to leave!”

“The property was neat as a pin and larger than captured in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable, as was the couch (there were snoring issues in our party). The apartment was exquisitely located in a quiet but vibrant neighborhood—do not miss some of the great neighborhood restaurants! “This basement level, one room, one bathroom space was amazing! It had all the amenities we needed and seemed very spacious even with three of us in the room. There was room to eat, work and just hang out. it was very clean and well organized. It was about a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station and a 20 minute walk from the metro (because a lot of it is uphill). Easy access in and out of the space. Terry was a great communicator and host!”

“Clean and updated downstairs apartment in a friendly neighborhood. Very close to metro, restaurants and shopping. We were able to enjoy all of the major sights in DC and return to our quiet retreat.”

“Overall the property was fine but I did not like the fact that they said it had AC in this unit, although it does have AC, this is an older building and the HVAC system for the entire complex was set to heat, you cannot adjust this in the unit until the complex decides to turn the AC sometime in May. This was not mentioned and it was very hot in the unit. They told me I could get a fan from someone else that was also in another unit. This needs to be disclosed when renting out the unit. ”

“This apartment is very comfortable and a good value for the price. If you like to cook, the gas stove is a real plus. Fort Totten Metro Station (Red & Green lines) was an easy 12-minute walk. If you're driving, street parking was readily available in front of the apartment every day I was there. Finally, the owner provided clear instructions and even stocked the apartment with some drinks, snacks, and good coffee! ”

“We like this property however when we arrived there was about five plies of toilet paper left in the bathroom. When I texted to ask for more I was told they could not provide “extra” toilet paper. So as soon as we arrived at the hotel to check in and drop off our luggage, we immediately had to go to a grocery store to buy toilet paper. It was very odd and inconvenient ”

“Staff were awesome. Elbert at the bar was really great, gave us some great restaurant recommendations to check out, and was overall super pleasant. Everyone we interacted with was very hospitable and made for a great weekend trip to DC. Thank you all!”
