「Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.  They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.  We...

Additionally for a five star resort I would have expected the basics: continuous pool service from the bar w out need to go to the bar or flagging someone down. 「My wife and I loved this hotel and their staff. The rooms were clean and had excellent air conditioning. Free private parking, excellent breakfast. We arrived during a very busy season and there were limited accommodation. Daniella helped us get situated and really made us feel at home.
