Studio consisting of a bunk bed immediately after the entrance on the left, separated from the main hall by curtains, the room consists of a double sofa bed, kitchenette, satellite TV, wardrobe and dining table.The property is completed by a bathroom with shower and a balcony with a partial view of the sea and the condominium pool.

The Le Lecce residence enjoys a beautiful swimming pool with sea view and a tennis court available to all condominiums.

The property with well-kept and flowered gardens is located in a quiet location, a few minutes walk from the centre of Capoliveri, and by car, in a few minutes you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

L'appartamento carino ma...

L'appartamento si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Capoliveri. Sarebbe carino se fosse stato pulito più accuratamente (come il pavimento, le tende, il copridivano ...) Condominio con tanti appartamenti piuttosto tranquillo in bassa stagione. Dal terrazzo, posto al 2 piano, si vende Porto Azzurro. La piscina non era praticabile causa covid.
