"I purchased the meal for two as part of my 2 night package but was informed by the restaurant in the hotel that there was a mandatory 10 service and 18% gratuity charge so i still paid full price and thats a rip off. I was charged for meal tickets that i was scammed out of."

"This hotel is very well staffed, maintained and you can genuinely feel how kind their staff is, it’s like a vibe, they are just so nice, helpful and happy people. I am a clean freak, I was impressed by the cleanliness off the entire hotel, the rooms and all communal areas. Even a restroom that many of the public used off the beach was well maintained. I would say my only con was the age-old “put your stuff on chairs at 8am and disappear” was a problem. People would claim multiple chairs in the sunny areas at the pool, then would be gone for hours, kind of rude and not something I would do but I’m not the entitled type. That’s a really hard thing for the staff to monitor, that’s just guests taking advantage even though there are signs prohibiting it. All in all, great place, great location, I will be back."

"We stay here 2-3 times a year for family trips. It never disappoints. Room service if you’d like it as often as daily. Heated pool, pool toys, there’s a bin by the main floor ice machine with beach toys that guests leave. Staff is friendly. Walking distance to all of CB. 2 minute walk to beach access. Our favorite place to stay. "

"Customer service was amazing. Checked in smoothly, the valet service was great and they help us bring our luggage to our room and bring our luggage down on check out. The room attendants were also attentive and our room is clean. Highly recommend this resort to anyone. "
