"Entire hotel is brand new, in a perfect location and extremely clean. Front desk staff are friendly, helpful and provided for a great experience. The rooms are HUGE, and layout provides for extra space for the family. Only a couple drawbacks:, the pillows need an upgrade (way too soft and unsupportive) and the music (on our pool view room) was quite loud. Even so, will definitely stay again and would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Clearwater."
"The place is literally a block from the beach. Parking is kinda a hustle as you have city parking by day and then you can find free parking after the sunset. Rooms are mid 90s like suites, nothing new or fancy, but everything served it's purpose. The guy, Jeff I believe, is a one man employee. He literally does everything so you have to be patient, but he's super sweet and down-to-earth. If you are looking for close to beach and okay with the typical independent Indian owned hotels, you will be okay, if not you will absolutely hate it. "
"Booked a staycation in a 2 bedroom suite for my grad school graduation party. Karen was so accommodating and sweet when checking us in and welcoming my family for a quick visit. A man who helped with our bags and unloading was also wonderful and so friendly. I think his name was Doug? We were on the 10th floor above the pool, and the views of the beach, sunsets, and pool were stunning! The mattress in the master suite left a lot to be desired. Only major complaint is that I wish the pool and hot tub were open a bit later! The pool was fun, the hot tub was just okay; needs restored. Overall, we loved the room and would stay again. Can’t beat the location."
