Great location but not our favorite stay

Pros- great location. Short drive to basalt and shops, quick walk to beautiful park and playgrounds for our kids. Nice outdoor space. Cons- bad smell throughout the house, especially in the basement where two bedrooms are. Dishes and cups needed to be cleaned. Beds are not comfortable.
